Club SACE is a weekly afternoon activities organised by SACE. It is a great way to make Australian and international friends with fellow students and teachers. It includes a range of inexpensive, fun social activities for students around Adelaide CBD.
These includes visit to Adelaide's Beaches, National Parks, Cultural Instuites, Seasonal Events and many sporting activities like Tennis and Football.

Adelaide is known as the ‘Festival City’ because of the many and varied festivals. These include many regional food, wine and music festivals in the surrounding wine producing areas of the Barossa Valley, Clare Valley and McLaren Vale. There are also outback events such as the Opera in the Outback and the Adelaide Festival of Arts.

The wild unspoilt natural beauty and abundant wildlife of Kangaroo Island, The famous vineyards of the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale, just 40 minutes from the centre of Adelaide, the Adelaide Hills with its national parks and Australian wildlife, the outback desert environment stretching north through the Flinders Ranges and the Opal mining areas of (Coober Pedy) to Ayers Rock in the centre of Adelaide.
South Australia is the gateway to the Great Australian Outback. One of the great train trips of the world begins in Adelaide, its destination Alice Springs, near Ayers Rock.
Adelaide has an integrated local transport system which includes metropolitan buses, trains and trams. The latter operates between the city centre and Glenelg. Then there is the O-Bahn busway which runs on concrete tracks between the city centre and the Tea Tree Plaza shopping centre.
The airport is 8km (5mi) west of the city and is serviced by an airport bus. Adelaide is a relatively cyclist-friendly city with good cycling tracks and bicycle lanes on many city streets.

All major car rental companies have depots in Adelaide and there are also a number of smaller, independent South Australian companies.
Car rental firms require a current driver’s license and a deposit or credit card imprint. Generally, the minimum age requirement is 25 years, however some local companies have a minimum age requirement of 21.

A minimum of three student activities and excursions are arranged each week. Students are given a new Club SACE programme every four weeks. A Club SACE Information Session is held each week to inform students of activity details and bookings.
